Shipping

• Orders within Kuwait are typically delivered within 2 working days.

• All books are carefully inspected, securely sealed in protective plastic packaging, and handled with care throughout the packing process.

Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order before accepting the delivery.

• If your package or product appears damaged, you may refuse the delivery.

• If you notice any damage after receiving the order, please contact us immediately and send clear photos of the damaged product so we can assist you promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

• As books are delicate products, we offer returns or exchanges within 1 day of delivery.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, including the original plastic seal and packaging, with no signs of use or damage.

Please note that all returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If a product is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original condition, CAP Bookshop reserves the right to decline the return or exchange.
